Cascade is a release lost in time. This compilation release is the culmination of material that began life during the 'Tidewater Pulse' album cycle.

Jump to 2023 and the tenth anniversary of 'Tidewater Pulse'. To commemorate the tenth anniversary of the fourth full-length Off Land album, the Offlandia vaults have been opened. 'Tidewater Pulse' (2013) was the crux of a cycle of inter-connected releases, including 'Circadian' (2012), 'Voyage/Home' (2014), 'Accipiter/Coast' (2014), and '(Drone Variations) Vol. II' (2015), in which 'Cascade' navigates each in great detail. Tracks here have been newly mixed, mastered, and in most cases enhanced from the initial recordings. Cascade was originally released as a 7 track EP for Tidewater Pulse Kickstarter backers in 2013. 4 tracks from the EP went on to form part of 'Voyage/Home', while the rest of the EP remained obscure or unreleased, until now.

To complete the release and for the purpose of proper archiving, each track contains additional information about the recording process from inception to its final release.
